We recommend that you arrive at the place of embarkation always 15 minutes in advance, bring repellent, sunscreen, hat, bathing suit and towels. The realization of the tours depends on weather conditions (sea and wind) or the road (jeep). If these conditions are not adequate or in the event of a break or lack of equipment, another option will be offered for tour or refund of the amount paid, deducting the 15% administrative fee. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour or in case of non-attendance at the place and pre-established schedule for shipment (no-show), there will be no refund of the amount paid.
